Reinvigorating Relationships

Therapy for Couples & Individuals

I BELIEVE IN THE POWER OF RELATIONSHIP

At our core, we are wired for connection. From our earliest moments, we seek closeness, safety, and understanding in those around us. When our relationships feel secure, we thrive - but when that connection feels strained or distant, life can feel unsteady. My work is grounded in the understanding that healing and growth happen through connection - both with ourselves and with those we love.

How Therapy Can Help

Life and relationships can bring moments of uncertainty, distance, or disconnection - times when it’s hard to feel understood, or to know how to move forward. Therapy offers a space to pause and make sense of what’s happening, to explore patterns that keep repeating, and to begin creating change that feels authentic and lasting.

Through a compassionate and evidence-based approach, we’ll work together to understand the emotions and needs that sit beneath the surface. This process helps you develop greater awareness, strengthen communication, and build the confidence to relate in new, more fulfilling ways.

Whether you’re seeking to repair trust, navigate conflict, or reconnect with yourself, therapy offers the tools and support to help you grow toward deeper connection and wellbeing.

My Services

Therapy offers a place to slow down and make sense of what’s happening -whether you’re seeking support in your relationship or wanting to reconnect with yourself. Together, we focus on creating meaningful change through understanding, awareness, and connection.

Nice to meet you

I’m Rachel Marshall, I’m a PACFA Registered Counsellor& Psychotherapist who works with relationships, those we have with a partner, ourselves and the world around us.

We are all wired for connection - yet when those bonds feel strained, we can lose our sense of balance and belonging.
My work is grounded in deep belief that healthy relationships are essential for a healthy life. My aim is to help you understand the patterns that shape how you relate to yourself and others.

Therapy offers a space to explore these patterns with compassion and curiosity, so you can build greater emotional awareness, security, and connection in your life and relationships.
