Therapy for Couples & Individuals

Support for connection, communication, confidence, and meaningful change

You might find therapy helpful if you’re:

Feeling overwhelmed, anxious, or emotionally stuck

  • Struggling with communication or recurring relationship patterns

  • Feeling distant from your partner or yourself

  • Wanting greater clarity, confidence, or emotional balance

  • Curious about personal growth or deeper self-understanding

You don’t need to be in crisis to benefit from therapy. Many people come simply because something feels off and they want support to understand it.

My Services

For couples wanting to move beyond conflict and disconnection, therapy offers a space to slow down, listen differently, and find your way back to one another.

Therapy offers a gentle space to make sense of your inner world, understand old patterns, and begin to feel more grounded, confident, and connected to yourself.

Nice to meet you

I’m Rachel Marshall, I’m a PACFA Registered Counsellor& Psychotherapist who works with relationships, those we have with a partner, ourselves and the world around us.

We are all wired for connection - yet when those bonds feel strained, we can lose our sense of balance and belonging.
My work is grounded in deep belief that healthy relationships are essential for a healthy life. My aim is to help you understand the patterns that shape how you relate to yourself and others.
